During more than 30 years of professional life as Business Director in the area of Oil & Gas, having been in a single for 28 consecutive years, in which I had the pleasant opportunity to follow the growth, especially in the oil areas, of our National market.
I participated in several large national projects in which I highlight GASBOL (Gas Pipeline Bolivia - Brazil), where I was pleased to set up several bids and have achieved victorious results for supplies and services, such as monobloc insulated gaskets, gas generators, installation of systems, rectifiers for cathodic protection, anodes ...
Today we are experiencing a period of total stagnation in this area, but I have had the opportunity to observe a growth in companies and people at RIO OIL & GÁS 2018, held in Rio de Janeiro / RJ, motivating thoughts of growth and improvements to the market national. Large companies reported significant investments for the coming years, indicating a probable resumption of this important sector.
I went through the period of change of our currency, with the famous 1990 Collor Plan, which was a very shocking and disappointing moment for the whole of Brazil. Our present moment, I can say, is much worse than what happened at that stage. Today we experience stories of several companies and people with notoriety, going through serious difficulties, in some cases reaching the extreme of total bankruptcy, in no period of my life have I observed the situation of Brazil now.
The moment is to be expected. Life does not make leaps and we should promote optimistic thoughts, ideas and texts, providing the market favorable conditions for future managers of our country, which has all the conditions for a return to great growth.
All striking facts, such as Lava Jet operation, corrupt prisoners, notorious persons arrested ... were part of this reported moment, and that in all great pain or suffering is followed by a great growth, just wait ...
